They called it redlining and it accelerated the RE bubble.If a person approaches you with a lease option alternative and they weren't able to explain it to so that you understood it, don't do it!

I have had customers present their own contract but once they review mine we usually just red-line any changes they wish to include or exclude.

I know some great commercial attorneys locally there.The MAI appraiser is NOT going to know how to structure the lease and terms to protect your interest.When we do deals this size it is a battle between each attorney back and forth redlining the agreements fighting over every word.

.,. the onus is on the buyer to do their due diligence regarding ANYTHING that could be misconstrued as steering, redlining, etc.  

This is somewhat a red lining issue, it's a bit of a fraternal leasing arrangement.

I am doing a 24 lot one now and we have been in negotiations with Engineering for 8 months prior to submittal but I know they will hit us with extensive red lines.. its just the nature of the business.

I am planning to open up kitchen a little but. the house is a brick ranch built in 50s. the joists run perpendicular to the studs I plan to take out. the red lines are the way the joist are running from one wall to the other. the blue crosses depict studs I plan to eliminate. do you think any of the studs are load bearing ?

Has the fact that the Redline  Project in Baltimore has been taken off the table affected anyone besides me and the investments I've been putting in the 21223.
