I am assuming you know it will lose money most likely?

If you have experience in the area you should know, well you better know the ARV.

Hard to tell but I know some of those wouldn't fly in some places.

The only solution I can come up with is to get a hard money lender, since they're typically able to close a lot sooner.Does anyone know of a Hard Money Lender that is willing to lend to raw agriculture land in Hawaii?

Most folks just dont know it..

The states that I know require you to try to mitigate your damages if a tenant breaks a lease early.
