@David Lewis I get what you're saying—Boston can be tough for new investors, especially with how high the prices have been.

I get into contract in my operating company and then assign the contract to the new LLC prior to closing.  

If you can, why am I getting so much pushback?

Did I get screwed you think? 

Point is, there is a new bar being set and if your not operating up to it, we are going to make your listing look like crap and perform like crap because were putting this out to the potential tenants and who'd you pursue and choose?

Id be happy to break-even with the rental income if I get all of my invested capital back.

I will be furnishing one side for now and leasing to a mid term rental until i get a property management company that will work the property or get it leased out to students What was the outcome?
