You have to audit all of their accounting because inevitably late fees will change every statement, utilities are sometimes billed back (or not at all), and god speed if you have a delinquent tenant.

Those small costs add up and they do not follow though with holding security, or communicating with tenant as I would like but play God rather in deciding how to apply the law.

And for God's sake, install your own security systems or make sure someone you can really  put all your trust in does it.
