If you're going to invest out of state, look into 3-5 different markets that interest you and research them and their drivers.

Either way, just make sure to do your research on drivers in each market.

If you have (or will have) multiple entities, I recommend getting a FinCEN ID first, so you’ll only have to upload your driver’s license/passport once.
