Don't get shiny object syndrome and get distracted with 20 different routes to take.

Hello BP Community,I am finally getting over my fear and imposter syndrome and taking my real estate endeavors serious. 

Reject Shiny Object Syndrome.

We can go dutch and zoom over a cup of java.Careful though...I'll likely give you the same advice as @Eric James Analysis paralysis and shiny object syndrome can easily kill a business before it ever starts. 

I'm resisting articulating all the reasons why their email was out of line and that the increase was justified, but I am sure that will come across and defensive.I am now thinking this might be a case of "keyboard cowboy" syndrome on their part. 

I'm definitely struggling with the "shiny object" syndrome that I've heard about on the podcasts because I can't seem to figure out how to just hone in on one location and then build from there.But, assuming I can get past that hurdle and since wherever I look will be pretty far (aka not driveable), does anyone have any thoughts about whether it's realistic to try and buy a multifamily project without first visiting it? 

We listen and study a lot but are scared of the Shiny object syndrome that David and Brandon often reference.
