Champagne 

Lately we are packaging a cutting board with two plastic champagne glasses and sparkling water.

She's told me that I was her "best" client: Four deals in two years worth $1.475MOn my previous deals she'd usually bring a gift at closing (bottle of champagne, Amazon gift card...)This new property I'm about to close on will be my primary residence and needs appliances.

A bottle of champagne?

There is a little more due diligence needed on your end before you start popping champagne and celebrating.

As a contractor it can be frustraing at times, trying to break down and explain each individual labor charge to a customer who wants top quality champagne service on a beer budget.

Instead of "champagne wishes and caviar dreams," maybe we need to start thinking in terms of "carbonated wine wishes and fish egg dreams"  (it sounds less appetizing)

,Don't break out the champagne yet.
