Now that our 3-family project in New Britain is complete and will be going on the market on Monday we can focus all of our attention on getting this apartment completed starting on Monday.

Hi CT investors-Am finishing getting tenants into my first rental, a New Britain SFH , but I'm a out-of-state investor and am looking really hard for an all-purpose handyman/eyes on the ground that I can basically keep on retainer for emergencies and common issues, since I will not able to be there really to deal by myself with small property maintenance (as I had originally planned in person).Any referrals in the New Britain/Hartford area?
