The industry as a whole in Pittsburgh is rife with incompetence, naked greed, bloated overleveraged expansion, shortsightedness, and drooling stupidity.

Work on your credit while this is happening and you'll come out on the other side of this bloated economic insanity with REPS and CRED -- two superpowers to have when the dust settles on this.

In fact, you will likely get better terms (fees/rates) than at an old-fashioned local bank since forward-thinking national lenders are likely not to have bloated/outdated costs. 

There is an enormous demand for medium (and longer short) term stays in many markets (business/project travel, relocation, leisure, military/government, medical, university, or residents who simply want convenience) and the apartments don't want it and traditional hotels are a fortune because of their bloated, inefficient cost structure. 

It's a bloated government program with no ability to flex.Tenant will have to pay for these days.

Bloated, giant size government has to do something with it's time to justify itself. 

People that couldn't afford huge bloated mortgages all of a sudden thought they could.

The key for me is to stay lean and not get too bloated on volume or profits.  

If anything that price is bloated because of that.

MA took the federal grant money and added the regulatory framework to their own bloated bureaucracy.
