Cincinnati has a lot of potential for both single and MF properties.If you haven’t already, I’d recommend joining local investor meetups (check out Meetup.com or local investor Facebook groups) to network with others in the area.

Besides the places you mentioned Facebook, Zillow, VRBO, and Craigslist are other places that can be successful for MTR leads.

I was able to join the local Facebook pages for investors that are local to my area.
