Books, videos, workshops and seminars that are run by gurus who make outsized claims like "I will teach you to be rich".Of course, if they actually had the secret sauce to untold riches, they'd be doing what they teach instead of hawking seminars - and if they really made all the money they'll ever need and only wanted to share their secrets out of the kindness of their hearts, why isn't the seminar free?

I paid $800pro plus $300 = $1,100 each extra $300 is for the Multi-family Success workshop on 10/2.

Typically, we see waves of people who'd like to connect followed by quiet times when people are attending speaker presentations, workshops, etc. 

It includes a workshop tomorrow that was an extra cost.

I went last month to a free Than Merrill workshop and sign up for a 3 day FortuneBuilders Real Estate Insiders Workshop for around $200.The workshop was amazing and i was very happy to invest 3 day and the $200 :-) Yes they try to sell their Mastery Program from $10K to 50K and promote their system around 20% of the time in the workshop.
