They keep telling me the meter supervisor needs to see if the property is on an auto-read route or not. 

I am looking for a pure percent (profit sharing) agreement, but am willing to be flexible on terms.I have worked with one local town supervisor in the county who was super encouraging and helpful as a resource, but at this point I'm looking to widen my search to any location in the Catskills area as long as the property has the utilities and other features I'm looking for.

I spoke to the inspectors supervisor and we have a decent relationship now, my issue is just that he made the project cost so much more in the beginning now I’m basically at ARV with finishing it out. 

I've rarely had one drag on, and when they do, I ask for a supervisor and break the log jam.
