Well I believe that the incoming administration will in the first few week find ways to reduce regulation and increase domestic energy production.  

Can I reach out in a week to schedule a time?

Currently we are still trying to make and build inventory and see how it goes.1) I am currently paying $150 more on the principal via the min. payment and weekly payments to take advantage of the amortization schedule.

When this was discussed at the last HOA meeting 2 weeks ago, only 18 lot owners out of 65 total were represented on the meeting, about half of the attendees were good to allow STR’s while the other half were opposed.

@Clint Miller I’ve gotten my best deals over the holidays including my first where we made an offer on a property and gave them 10 days to decide whether they were going to accept it or not which included all the holidays and the holiday week which was slamming with business for this property.
