Sometimes it can take ripping out all flooring, trim, and fixtures, and adding layers of paint everywhere to block out the odor.

I would add another layer, especially if you're clear on your goals.

That particular perspective is held by so many people in so many different areas of business; all of which are vitally important to getting fair pay, access to "nice" houses in "good" neighborhoods, etc.

It also makes it that much harder for someone to know who owns the LLC, and there's an extra little layer of protection when that's in place.I would also talk to an accountant familiar with setting up businesses and their accounting.
