Old residence turned into very well cash-flowing rental property.

I live in a 4 bed 3 bath newly renovated condo in the lakewoods village area of white bear lake mn.

There could be a way to expand purchaseling power and keeping debt the same.I have rentals like this not far from where you are in Mount Vernon just up the road in Charles Village that go for over 2000 to students thats a 4/2 where they pay gas/electric and water. 

The commercial space downstairs is vacant but can also be converted to two more apartments as per conversation with the village building department. 

I have a 4/2 in lower Charles Village where I get another 300 to 400 over what market rent of the whole place is by renting by the room.

You never know someone’s intentions.Thanks for the book recommendation, I’ll definitely check it out.Good points on the local laws, to my knowledge, I’m only required to register the property with my village.

At a minimum, I would reach out to the city council/village board and share your concerns.
