I realize when the bank crash happened it caused a lot of issues but wow not even an offer to go through.

This certainly sparked my interest and I already own land in Florida that I purchased for next to nothing after the market crashed so I figured I'd put this to the test.

I started out with a condo and a single family rehab before the crash in 2007-2008.

Lots of people during the crash burned through their savings by maintaining their livestyle and hoping that they would find a job soon.

Prices in Dallas, for example, are higher than they were in 2009 before the crash.

The market crashing helped me a lot.    

I started buying properties shortly after the crash with my cash on hand and personal credit (option 1, up to 10 properties, although at the time it was hard to get more than 4).

Some have postulated that with the renminbi being devalued and the Chinese stock market 'crashing' (only back to Feb 2015 levels) that foreign investment from China would slow down but anecdotally at least we haven't heard that from our Chinese clients.

Essentially, I was carrying so much stress around, my brain and body would sort of short circuit and I'd end up with a full on seizure - the whole enchilada with a crash to the floor and muscular spasms and contractions for anywhere from 15 to 90 minutes.  

I don't want to get over leveraged and risk losing anything in another housing crash.
