I'll probably continue this practice moving forward.Since we show occupied units, I never have an open house- too much risk of some unknown person swiping something that belongs to a tenant. 

From my perspective, ensuring you have adequate cash reserves and evaluating refi options at this time can help prepare for this unknown but I am anxious to hear from others. 

Every business, property owner and individual in this country is facing an unknown amount of risk, financial loss and possibly health issues due to what we are getting ready to experience.

The outcomes of all of this on prices 4-6 months from now are completely unknown and could be devastating, I could envision not only not making our projected profit but losing a ton.
