I think they may not legally be able to contract.But I have seen a fellow who worked over nights as (on foot) uniformed security in a 100+ unit complex, in a decent neighborhood who could handle it.Roaming the parking lot shining a flashlight between cars and in the bushes.Does that mean everyone could--I doubt it.You'll probably have to just wait and see what unfolds--and enjoy life along the way.And some of these guys grow up really strong and can (part time) unload trucks and stuff like that.Good Luck!

I immediately think that person is severely uniformed in what they have and are probably not very wise in the ways of Short Term Rentals if they don't even know the proper terminology.Just my opinion based on my experience as a Professional Real Estate Investor of many years.
