Also being your first deal and going from 0-20 units is a major undertaking with the addition of unconventional financing.

However, it would be wise to make sure the type of undertaking is right for your skill set, meaning you should have several renovations under your belt before you tackle such a complex project.

House flipping is a multifaceted undertaking and you’ll never know it all, but to attempt to do it without some due diligence on the education front would be disastrous, not to mention just plain foolish.
