Hi all, I am in the Triangle Area for the next month and would love to connect with other investors, especially other women investors (but not only).

The location before this, I was still learning thedifference between triangles and rectangles when I bought theproperty (all 3 acres aren't the same).

Technology giants like these, along with Research Triangle Park (which includes neighboring anchor cities Durham and Chapel Hill), have been catalysts in the area’s continued revitalization and economic growth.Chattanooga, TennesseeChattanooga proudly touts its “Gig City" badge.

I recently wrote a post regarding our two year reflection, and I believe there is a flipping triangle made of three components (funding, the house, and your team).  

Location: Our first investment would ideally happen in the Triangle area but we are open to other markets within a couple hours of us (notably Wilmington & Fayetteville). 

Golden Triangle(Columbus specifically) is a stagnant market.

It is solely my own now, and it is located throughout the golden triangle area of north Mississippi, as well as, south Mississippi near laurel. 

Properties here are listed in the Triangle MLS, so I do monitor this location for deals, but find them to be few as it relates to listed properties that might make good cash-flow positive rentals; and I've not yet targeted this area to market for potential off-market deals or tax deed foreclosures.

I was hoping to make more agent connections in the Triangle area.

A lot of my investors like SWFL ( cape coral, Lehigh acres , port charlotte and North Port area) within the Texas triangle or outskirts of Dallas, college station or Tyler.
