That a copy has to be returned to you no later than March 2nd.If he fails to return the copy or asks "What's up" just say you'll be able to give a reference if this procedure is followed. non- renewal basically a mutual termination. that his deposit will be processed normally and you expect the unit to be in clean condition upon vacating. ( You can tell him you've had reports of Noise,High Traffic / suspicious activity, in and around the building related to him, but you don't have to.)You can tell him if any further lease violations occur within the next 30 days you will file for cause, giving a lease violation notice, he will then have court fees, and eviction action will be on his housing record.

I have never experienced any kind of discrimination toward my clients from a lender, and if I did I certainly wouldn't want to do business with them.From the PBS article, some things did sound suspicious, but many of the reasons that the applicant had difficulty made sense according to the guidelines.
