When next you need money, or want to sell a property, you have to sell ALL of the properties unless the lender allows differently.

That would allow you to put down less knowing you have that income coming in.Otherwise, is it possible to consider moving somewhere more affordable so you can reach that financial freedom you want? 

FYI--Most condos in Dallas do not allow AirBnB type residency.

Rick Basement square footage and room count are typically not counted on public record but in some states agents list it or are allowed to list it. 

Lots of great advice in here already and does vary from state to stat but, I think it is important to find an agent you trust and like and then allow them 30 - 60 days to find what you are looking for.
