Do you think water damage coverage is a necessity or will a DP1 suffice for a rental property?

What have you found effective when you were estimating repair costs11. what type of contracts will suffice when closing a deal and what additional clauses must you add12.

We can't predict exponentially accelerated intelligence's effect on civilization but suffice it to say, there won't be jobs, and humans will have little utility on the planet, at least from the perspective of intelligent machines. 

1) Confirm that a CPA is needed, bookkeeping services might suffice (and might be  dramatically less expensive), IF your accounting requirements are basic and you possess adequate tax knowledge (this is my situation).If a CPA is required, ensure the person is in fact currently licensed in your state and has no record of any disciplinary issues.If so thenYears of experience and areas of specialization.
