Imagine thinking the biggest positive impact you could have on your community was narcing on people down the street for using their private property.

Memphis is definitely a city where the performance of properties can vary significantly from street to street.

Considering purchasing a 3 bedroom/ 2 bath condo for STR/ Airbnb in Killington, VT.

I personally paid for similar ads in the local Houston newspapers, and regional edition of the Wall Street Journal.3.

., in the kitchen and baths; new flooring; a new driveway.  

The cash flow from the properties I am looking @ are low..The buildings are all under performing on what they could potentially get for rent..I see a lot of room for growth and cash flow on these properties, especially with two major projects in the village getting ready to be completed -more jobs and more foot traffic to Main Street are on the way..Carbon copy of Hudson and early 2000’s... Advice, buying a building that wouldn’t maximize for 15 to 24 months ??

In our area 1 street can make a big difference.

If you have 2 very similar houses priced the same on the same street the nicer one will win. 

His has has 2 bed, 1.5 bath but has an unfinished basement which I’ll be adding 1 more room and 1 more bath.

I have a 4bed/3.5 bath, and the average stay is about 4 days.
