They usually require you to pay down the 401k loan completely if you leave your job that is currently sponsoring the 401k.

Bottom line, you will pay little to no taxes on your cash flow.You must, however, vet the sponsor.

Typical PPMs are $100K or $50K minimums but I have seen them as low as $25K.Most PPMs also have the flexibility to allow the sponsor to accept lower amounts if they like.

However, if you read between the lines, you should be able to find sponsors like that here on BP.
