I'm not looking to dump money and then spend no time on it, if I can increase returns from 6% to 10% just by putting in some blood sweat and tears... then you can call me shirley. 

Ended up costing me alot of money, time, blood, sweat, and tears.

Just today I had to see the police clean the blood off of the sidewalk from a shooting, not to mention the countless drug deals I witnessed.

The one thing they really couldn't get by buying was the Royal blood.......... until they found a willing Royal to give it to them!

We're probably due for a correction soon... but I'm long on real estate and I still think 2008-2013 were the good years lol (buy when there is blood in the streets and int he begining of a bull market.

Now I have a basis if they trash it and I know they'll have that $110K at some point so this is not like trying to get blood from a stone.

Do your background check on people because a scammer could be lurking in the corner waiting for fresh blood. 

Little rich for my blood and these deals don’t really make sense at that price! 

The low income properties just don't attract quality tenants.Ive seen so much revitalization the last few years but its not going to matter how much the city improves if new blood doesn't move in.i see people buying up abandoned houses left and right and fixing them up and the city is doing a good job knocking down the condemned ones.
