Once speaking directly and not through a proxy (or heaven forbid, some 'form driven' agent) I suggest focusing on the distribution of benefits, risks and the timing of these two beyond the sale.

You're right, Virginia Beach is a pretty stable city, low crime rate, has a good economy, and not as much distress as some of the other cities in Hampton Roads.I might be throwing good money after bad but at this point I think I need to stick it out until the seventh mailing and then re-evaluate my lists and target market, if I haven't produced any positive net cash flow from it.

If you can do 1 you can do 10. and available inventory.. you take Philly at one time there were 40k vacant homes.. that's is wholesaler heaven.. not all markets are like that though.. only very certain ones..
