But no life moves on sales are made you make the best decisions you can at the time.in hind sight I was semi retired in 06 ish I should have cashed in.. and called it a day.. but now I grew and grew right into the great GFC and proceeded to get my @@@ handed to me and am back at work.. lost a decade or more of work in that little melt down.. so at the end of the day what they can't take is your knowledge and I knew if I could do it before I can do it again.. and life is back on a more even keep now.. its actually a good time for most.

Thats the real gravy train. with that said - I may be doing 2x arbitrage units in the future, but the future owner of the units has an interesting situation where he owns businesses below the units that will benefit greatly from a STR and semi captive audience.

I choose to go with Behr Premium white eggshell paint for the walls, Semi-gloss for the trim, and flat white for the ceilings.I ended up using basic paint calculator for square footage and number of coats, which lead to me purchasing (1) 5 gallon bucket of semi-gloss, 1 bucket of ceiling flat, and 5 of the eggshell.

I wish this company can do what they say they would, but when you cannot even provide an address that looks like it's in a simple office park instead of a rented small house and you show a Tesla Semi like you almost have one knowing they were years out still, ya gotta wonder where investor money is truly going.

if not and the sheetrock isn'tsoft - scrape , spray bottle bleach , let dry ,skim with joint compound & paint bad areas with Zinzer B.I.N and paint with semi gloss ceiling fans only workif they turn them on, semi helps repel the moistureIf the sheetrock is soft, rip it out and replace, the picture doesn't look likeit's serious enough to need that though.
