I know when I buy foreclosures and exit.. on my disclosures there is very few things I attest to and I put at the bottom .. in the comments section buyer should conduct his or her own due diligence..  

I live in North Myrtle Beach, have a large STR rental house in the Cherry Grove section of the beach, and frequent Myrtle Beach proper often for dining and shopping.  

Wondering if there would be an opportunity to do Section 8 housing there if properties are cheap and market rent is high enough.

Ask if you can put in a section for a Non Compete agreement so you can move more money away from the house and buildings.
