Hey @John Clark,  With all due respect, that's not how it works.

For items like decor and furniture the cleaners have to match photos of new stay against previous stay room by room with photos and the EZCare App. 

I haven't mentioned collections or lawyers to her yet because I want to keep the communication open and amicable and make sure she continues to respect the house, but I don't know what to do.

Let them know you want to be responsive to important issues but you also expect they will respect your procedures and the time of the people doing repairs.  

I see so many doing absolute trash listings, with these photos of a wall, a cabinet, a door way.

Too many questions on how a 501c works with respect to liability and the underlying intent of the 501c owners. 

For 2-4 unit househacks, you would have a minimum 3.5% or 5% downpayment for FHA and conventional respectively. 

I respect this though, this is a great way to put it, and I would advise the same thing for others as well.

I respect that you are doing it with kids, too many people use that as an excuse.
