I looked into it as well and it seemed fake/scammy especially after reading this thread

Tax appraiser accidentally removed the husband from title around 2022, HOA then foreclosed (Florida, HOA can foreclose and first mortgage lien will remain in tact).

Just a friendly recommendation: I would remove the wicker chairs in the living room.

That will help you remove what’s left on credit and make room to use portfolio/standard or DSCR.When you are not using a local bank or credit union you are going to have to pay the typical origination fee's or points.

I would remove the throw pillows on the sofa and get an area rug there just as an example.
