The property looks to be in a good remodeled condition and the area is great for investment.

We just used vinyl that was a faux marble look in a bathroom remodel and loved it.

I have used Builders Risk for new construction and remodels, just keep in mind it does not cover as much as a full policy, I know here in Florida it does not cover wind damage, just something to think about.

Forgot to say, if the area requires building permits for repairs and remodeling you can find out about what has been done in the past and when by asking for the building permit records for the house.
