brrrr buy-rehab-rent-refi-repeat basically to me "<<<<noob as well" thankfully I have punished these forums with a few of these questions. you would never want to intend to "flip" your primary residences as a new home own you more likely would want to do the house hack. by either renting rooms out or going multi family.
