Might be a way to get some cash quicker or maybe get a buyer for the land quicker if you can show them they could pull 1k an acre by having someone come clear cut the parcel after they buy it.The local population seems very limiting too.

The sun is usually shining every day and buyers are actively looking in the months of January and February unlike some markets where they wait until the spring.

Seems like the few people I talked to that are selling land in Florida are trying to sell it above retail without understanding that most of their potential buyers are going to be builders. do Not buy land in FLA without doing full due diligence  on all aspects . there are environmental gotchas that you need to fully suss out prior to waiving due diligence

If a landlord is willing to let someone sublet for this reason, they're probably not a very experienced landlord, and you end up with the blind leading the blind.As a direct answer to your question, no landlord worth their salt is going to be excited about the prospect of a stranger subletting their property.

So, a BUYER that needs owner financing...what if they just used "non-traditional financing"?
