I have no idea.i'd do these things first:-listen to every single episode of Wholesale Hotline-listen to every single episode of Real Estate Disruptors-go to every single meetup within 2 hours of you for 6 monthsthen re-evaluategood luck

I'm a bit more civil nowadays and happy to listen and to put myself in their shoes before coming to any judgements or conclusions.

Then I started listening to BP podcasts and other real estate investing podcasts and became interested in investing the money we have to work for us.

@Jacob Sherman I’ve done this numerous times, as have other investors I know, and none of us has ever had a lender trigger the due on sale clause.

Ask about financing and see what their rates are AFTER they give you price quotes.The parking lot is currently causing significant flooding, along with numerous cracks, potholes, and tripping hazards.
