And, of course, there are succesful wholesalers out there, but nary a succesful one near me.Beyond being (obviously) local, REI can be a very specialized art dependent on a multitude of local factors that aren't necessarily replicated along geographical lines.Not every REI opportunity exists everywhere, which is why many here are mobile in their REI pursuits.And if any 'real wholesalers' want to 'mobilize' their selves on over near me I will pay you genuinely good money for genuinely good deals.

As an experienced rehab investor, I would strongly disagree with the per sq. ft. estimating as Tim and others pointed out how every property can have a multitude of variables depending on scope of work and quality of materials used, not to mention the fact that one investor may be able to do the exact same job as another for thousands less.

I don't see how you could find the products, order them, deal with a multitude of suppliers, have them shipped, and track them for less than what you can buy them in America for.
