Sometimes I buy microwave popcorn and leave a bag or two in front of the microwave. 

They tell me the weeks rent is in the microwave or in a book. 

In the past I always bought my appliances through a wholesale distributer since they had slightly better pricing but after having a microwave fail after a few months I had to go back through the manufacturer for service. 

In the kitchen, I am looking for a Microwave Oven, Electric cooktop, fridge. 

It listed everything from refrigerator, microwave, washer, dryer, dishwasher, garbage disposer, central AC compressor, handler, water heater etc...with model, brand, serial number, and responsibilities. 

Or they offer only a microwave and hot plate and advertise it as an efficiency kitchen.

You're probably stuck for the repair cost, though.I had seemingly good tenants who broke the handle off a microwave door.

I have yet to find one connected correctly ;)I'm currently rehabbing a ranch home built in '78.The above the stove micro wave was vented to an old duct in the wall that must have been a heat vent to the bathroom at one time.

Fresh paint, updated lighting/ceiling fans, over range microwaves, and washer/dryer.

It seems to be just a certain type of cooking/cuisine that causes this (with as much emphasis on being as sensitive to other cultures as possible) We actually dug into it a bit more today and it seems as though the microwave (above the stove doubling as the hood without an outdoor vent) is holding on to some serious grease/dust that is undoubtedly a large portion of the concern.
