Investors made offers to other investors to be bought out at 75 cents on the dollar (pretty normal process in trust deed lending - either stay in the deal until the end - or get out now at a discount.)

But still want paid the money promised & made huge mistakes with an insurance claim I had going on a property.

If a man lies about his name, how long he has been in business, and the very nature of his business, what else is he lying about? 

There is too man unknown variables with land entitlements that we do not want that liability for.
