Any suggestions on when is the best time to set up a LLC, is it too late to get it after an offer is accepted?

There have been a number of syndications that have quit paying dividends as of late because they were tied into variable interest rate financing, and as the Fed raised rates there wasn’t enough money left over to pay dividends.  

I haven't been as diligent about my tweeting lately but I've been meaning to get back on it.Happy to chat whenever.

Good afternoon investors familyI need some advice in regards to a house i am about to close the sell.

We manage 37 units currently and we seldom if ever get late night phone calls … or phone calls in general at all.  

I live and invest in Granbury and many STR's in the city of Granbury have been shot down in zoning lately.
