@John Geldert, I would be interested in a meet up in the Pocono’s,  I also think a zoom option would be good.  

One feature I love, is the Dropbox integration.

There really isn't a market that meets the 1% rule.

They spent 1K on them from upwork and it helped resolve concerns in the meeting real time with some neighbors had who were just picturing the project their own way which was completely different than what the emerging developer was proposing.
