We are getting legislatively manhandled by the tenants' rights groups that are more organized and less fragmented, so our collective voice cannot be heard.

I even read in one of the previous discussions that there is a way to obtain numbers from all renters in my area code and send them a short voice recording at a reasonable fee, although I'm not sure how to do it.

With the few we have had turn in the winter, we do seem to get a good applicant pool to choose from but efficiently working turnovers in Nov/Dec isn’t ideal for our model.

Yes, Realpage, who owns Propertyware, purchased Buildium in Nov 2019 and I heard from our Buildium rep that Realpage was keeping the Buildium CEO. 

My agent called the buyer agent and left a voice mail but we have not heard anything.

She complained to me she heard voices in the house and was wondering if someone died...so I wouldn't be surprised if she wants to move out due to being afraid the house is possessed.....Saying this because I wouldnt have an issue paying for the ozone rental but dont want to do it if she will end up moving out anyways...
