I've heard REI Nation is a great company and I have sold them some deals and they have great folks over there!

This puts Astoria on pace to see 121 new listings by year’s end which would be a 53% increase from 2023’s total of 79 new listings.This is what folks have been waiting for!

I would think that a lot of folks who were in it 2-3 years ago were in it for the non-performers, and we know how that market is currently.I'm not currently buying because my capital is currently deployed. 

I keep seeing folks touting these data centers.. keep in mind for the subs building them there is money but long term they employ very few people and do not have a big impact on RE or RE values long term.. just  saying..

Any San Antonio folks able to share insights on what may be going on?

I'm in Eugene and a part of the local real estate investors association here and we have some folks from Roseburg who come up or join in our virtual meetings.

I would only do this is I had already had the guest stay before and was pretty sure they were good folks.

After a few folks in the neighborhood became worried about the 2 chemical fires, they had a PG&E "information" meeting.  

If you buy in an area around Lake Winnipesaukee or Winnisquam you may find the ability to rent to STR folks that want the lake, to skiers-Gunstock ski area is in proximity to Lake Winni, and there are some ski mobile trails a bit north of Lake Winni closer to Squam lake.
