@Jd Martin I'm under the impression that you need an EIN or a business to create a DBA.

I am planning to just use an attourney and am in the process of selecting a lender through several brokers.

I work with investors to find new construction investment properties in select markets throughout Florida.  

We toured their facility & having done a lot of rehab etc I was impressed with the construction & designs.At the time we visited they were building components for a commercial with high end units above a store front strip that was very well done.

Hello @Breanna Green,I recommend first determining your financial goal and then selecting a location that best supports that goal.

I selected the applicant that I thought was best fit. 

Even if they aren't qualified, it gives the impression you have a desirable place and those that are qualified will see it and hopefully jump on it.

UNDER $1M IS TOO SMALLI talked to a few commercial brokers, and I am under the impression that it's very hard to find anything valuable in self-storage for under $1 million.

My first impression of Renters Warehouse was that I didn't need them.  

Like others said, be very careful when selecting contractors.
