A 4/3 could potentially rent for $3,500 - 4,000/room/semester.Clearly some other factors to consider, but it would be great to hear any insight from folks who may have done this in the past.

If the attorney the syndicators used was somewhat decent, I don't imagine there will be much room to sue based on performance. 

Is there anyone who is in need of another room and ticket for the 3 night stay?

- Could the seller be trying to hide potential major issues in the house by leaving no room for inspection results or could it be just ensuring not to disturb the tenant?

I use airbnb and get top dollar, upwards of 1k per room for medium term. 

In the grand scheme of things, a year is not that long.
