I am looking to do the BRRRR strategy, and the help I am looking for is three-fold:1.

My reason for writing this is two-fold:  1.)

The second half I fold up and tape or staple the sides in order to create a pocket.

So you can save a few bucks in the short term but you will likely pay for it 10 fold in vacancies and or lower rents.

Looking for a good property inspector for a 32 unit apartment complex in Bucks County PA.  I have a good property inspector for smaller properties and I have a call out to him to see if he knows anyone for this proper...

I'm asking for a two-fold purpose.

@Jay Hinrichs.Or you identify someone really successful like Jay who has a legitimate real estate company that you could learn a lot of different strategies from and then email him once a week until he folds and gives you a job working for him.That would be an idea for a plan B.  :-)

Supposedly, crypto is a 350 billion dollar industry and if it goes up 10-fold again, that value is 3.5 trillion dollars... which would mean a massive loss for other currencies in terms of purchase power.

Know when to fold up and walk away.If you are helping a client, help them put a number together on what the house is worth.
