My fascination for becoming financial independent at some point has been a big thing for a long time now, so I have read loads and loads of articles. 

I bought my first house back in 08 when I was 19, and have had a fascination with real estate ever since.

I just recently this year started to get completely immersed and fascinated with learning about real estate.

(Like most biases.)I read about a fascinating study done in nyc one time.

On the contrary: I'm actually enjoying the house-hunting challenge more as time goes by.It's been fascinating to learn about different neighborhoods and different strategies.

As an example, the last meeting was fascinating as we discussed brownfield properties and were introduced to a company who cleans up contaminated properties, bringing them back back to organic certification by reactivating natural occurring bacteria.  

I've been fascinated with real estate for a couple years and have decided that instead of dreaming about becoming a real estate investor I should just go for it!  

But if you can make it work more power to you.These numbers are just fascinating to me.  

Im particularly fascinated with learning all the exit strategies in depth.
