My guess is that behind such specialties as a solution to every thing that comes along, you'll find someone who lacks knowledge, manipulates others to facilitate a transaction, someone who will be defensive about what they do as an ethical stance, that attempts to use loopholes or convoluted strategies as a marketing aspect convincing others that they can avoid matters that may restrain business.

In Ohio we had title agencies that performed the check, provided insurance, and facilitated the closing. 

I think there are a lot of people here willing to help if you can facilitate that by posting the documents for people to review and marking out any identifying info for you or the lender.  

NOT the investors they have cash I mean the facilitator deal makers.. looking for cash.

Lol Well I think its more of a "value it at the minimum necessary to facilitate the loan requested" type of thing.
