If the father-in-law was a professional property manager, I doubt things would have evolved in this way.

I wish downtown Port Deposit would evolve into what HdG is, but I really feel the $8 toll on 95 is keeping folks from realizing how cute of a town it is.

I think that the opportunity to establish a track record and all of the learning and leverage that would evolve from owning/managing a place like this would be well worth the effort.
