Situations in which my knowledge, experience, and expertise allowed me to reach a risk assessment quite different than what was commonly thought to exist.An example combining some of the above was a auto repair facility that was being sold in bankruptcy and had an environmental problem.

Lots of things a new tenant would consider and they may make you deliver a "clean" property (no environmental issues) with no tanks anyway depending on their brand, so lot to consider. 

But that choice is between you and your conscious. 

So, I made a conscious decision to use my own money in part because if there were unexpected issues I could deal with many of them by expanding the timeline and doing a bit more work myself.

Sweet, sour, service really stuck with me as I loved the idea of reflecting on your day and consciously recalling something that was positive and something you did to be of service to others.

While it was a nice community in Clearwater with all the amenities, it seemed to attract seniors who were very budget conscious. 

So people are going to be more cost conscious when buy homes at higher prices.

We have all necessary permitting, environmental site assessments, and city and state approvals complete.

Question—will this need to be remediate according to MDE guidelines or can I just clean it myself and dispose of rags and oil environmentally?
