Thank you for welcoming me into the BiggerPockets community, and I look forward to engaging with you all in fruitful discussions and collaborations.

(I know, I know, it's not sexy to talk appreciation, but that's where the big gains are when you hold long enough.)All that said, anything that gets you excited about real estate and gets you engaged is a good thing, so if this is the thing that lights your fire, go for it. 

They teach some big picture tax planning, but the bulk of the course is how to sell these big tax planning engagements. 

I was a little apprehensive about the cost because I have been in other mentorship groups which did not really deliver as promised or the engagement was lackluster at best.

Your BP Profile mentions that you brought a property in 2024.Are you engaging an accountant with help for 2023 or 2024?

We engage in conversation and then I repeat the fact that they need to go through the process and pay the deposit. 

I still own residential and commercial (mainly retail) real estate in my personal portfolio.The bottom line - there is ZERO need to get engaged with a guru.

I figure by January I'll be fully engaged enough to start running the business in earnest.
